I have horrible PMS for the entire week prior to my period, my cramping and bleeding is off the chart, migraines three times a week, hot flashes are starting. My doctor suggested getting an IUD...That was even worse DON'T DO IT!!! I have gained so much weight I weigh more than I was when I was pregnant last year. So I have been in search of weight loss and I did crossfit for 90 days with no results. Then a friend of mine introduced me to Dr Itua herbal center product and I was resistant at first but thought what the hell I will try it for 30 days. In 3 weeks time I have lost 8 pounds but the best part is some of my symptoms have gone away or are far less noticeable. I started my period three days ago and on day two I realized NO CRAMPING at all!!! Then I realized that the pms was not nearly as bad as it had been...There was no dull achy pain, no lower back pain, no deep depression, less tired. I just wanted to share this because I stumbled upon what seems to be a miracle. I will keep you posted as the months go on. I am so grateful and hope that everyone suffering can get the same relief I have found. Please email Dr Itua Herbal Center On drituaherbalcenter@gmail.com for more herbal remedy also he can cure Hiv/Aids, Herpes, Cancer, Parkinson, MS, Diabetes, Hepatitis, Fibroid, he can help with a remedy to get pregnant as well. if you want more info just contact him to share your health problems. I want to know how long did it take for your period to regulate and return. I've been off of it for a month and a week and still no period? I lost my cool at work, yelled at a boss (who was being unfair, but nonetheles... I overreacted), fought with my super sweet and understanding husband, felt moody and incredibly angry (intense rage). I got paranoid, super irritated, and mad at myself for feeling so crazy, to the point of feeling suicidal and worthless. I stopped the medicine immediately - it is obviously not agreeing with my body.
Side effects:
Bleeding and spotting for 4 weeks
No periods (always been regular)
Weight loss
Loss of sexual drive (plus pain during intercourse - never a problem before)
Increased blood pressure
Anger, rage, moodiness, sadness
Some insomnia
Hot flashes (first two weeks)

Hope this helps others.
Lilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10241427489195181474noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8204880344005698875.post-61642184023533563852019-02-19T13:49:23.248-08:002019-02-19T13:49:23.248-08:00So, hello i am 42 years old, i was diagnose few ye...So, hello i am 42 years old, i was diagnose few years ago, but suffers with endo, and i have a inlarge uterus for a very long long time, heavy bleeding cramping shucks of cloths, stabbing pain. i took all kind of proscribe pain med. iud the marina. know i am on the visanne. i have been bleeding since i am on it. plus i am still getting the pain. and cramping. feel stick head aches. chest pain heart beating fast. tired and drained. going too see my gyno. i decided to the hysterectomy. i am tired taking pills. feel like i am a guinea pig. i even had a embolisation done . didn't work. I have dealt with endo, adenomyosis, and leomia (Sp) for a long time. I refused lupron due to horror stories and since you cant just stop if a medicine was injected. I was really doubtful about the Visanne because I feel like doctors just push these things and we are truly guinea pigs. But I also don't want the massive surgery that it would take to try to fix things especially since there is no guarantee that scarring would be worse or come back. There is no guarantee that once they remove all the adhesions that everything in my abdomen wouldn't just collapse out the bottom. So, I started the Visanne.
I can honestly say that immediately I felt some relief. It seems I stopped my periods immediately since my first cycle is skipped. I have only been on for a few weeks, so I don't know if my experience will continue to be positive, but so far so good. I am quite surprised. Have also not felt glum or had skin issues. Again, fingers crossed. I guess it goes to show how different we each are and what works for 1 might not for another and vice versa.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14919683799170357961noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8204880344005698875.post-26075313945371840052018-10-20T12:55:40.800-07:002018-10-20T12:55:40.800-07:00oh my God!! I am so sorry to read about your experience.. seriously these doctors who didn't listen to your pain should be sued! you have suffered unnecessarily for something that could have been corrected earlier! You know at least you have pain and know that something is wrong. in my case, I did not have any pain at all and only knew I had endometriosis because i had IBS for a few months.. and I ended up having cysts on both of my ovaries, one of which was an endo cyst. Now every 6 months, I will wonder whether it is returning because I don't have any sign if it is coming back.. I have to rely on ultrasounds to know. I had a recurrent of it just last year at 5cms (1 and half years after my first laparotomy) but the doctors told me to wait it out and I did. after 6 months I went for another check and it disappeared. So its really a crazy disease that seems to have a very different experience for every woman. mmm1https://www.blogger.com/profile/08911843986106157364noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8204880344005698875.post-41748359578706706652018-10-20T12:45:58.858-07:002018-10-20T12:45:58.858-07:00im sorry to hear about your experience.. but do yo...im sorry to hear about your experience.. but do you have children already? because having a hyst in late 30s is still too early especially if you have no children yet to and want to have some. you have to find another doctor who truly cares about this condition.. so far I have been lucky with my doctors as I am able to see them at least once in 6 months and that is also needed for me since I need to get a prescription from the doctor to get my birth control pills (I am using Maxim) which seems to be a brand only available in Germany. I am curious to know, what was the sign for you when Visanne stopped working?mmm1https://www.blogger.com/profile/08911843986106157364noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8204880344005698875.post-2085877656480039902018-10-19T10:18:03.363-07:002018-10-19T10:18:03.363-07:00It worked the first year or so I was on it. No pai...It worked the first year or so I was on it. No pain, no periods, it was amazing. I had tried Lupron prior to it and now THAT was terrible. I was so miserable. But eventually, Visanne stopped working. My gyne refuses to believe the pain I have is from the endo. I'm in the process of getting a second opinion. I have spotting almost every day. Was sent for an ultrasound (pelvic and TV) which showed nothing, as expected. I have gained like 50lbs in 2 years, some of it being due to the Lyrica I took for a couple of months for fibromyalgia. Lost like 10lba after going off it. My gyne wants to wait until my late thirties for a hysterectomy - I am 34. I know it might not fix everything, but I'm so fed up and my uterus and ovaries will have to get evicted. I hate bleeding, I feel dysphoric when I do, along with the cramps. Current gyne only sees me once a year and is trying to find an excuse other than endo for the pain I'm having, and I'm sure that's BS. I had a papsmear and TVS procedure that time. My papsmear came out negative for anything though my OB told me during the procedure that I had discharge. My TVS didn't show any lesions..in fact she said my uterus was healthy..she asked me about what i was feeling and diagnosed it as endometriosis based on my symptoms..She gave me prescriptions for Dienogest Visanne..she told me to expect spotting after taking it for 28days..but it's the 18th day of my taking Visanne and I still have that dull ache in my left side..3 days ago, i felt faint and my left pelvic was acting up again. When i went to the toilet I realized i was having my menstruation. It wasn't just spotting..lumps of blood were coming out..The bleeding isn't that heavy but it can't be considered spotting either. I am waiting for it to stop..i don't know if it's even normal to have this kind of bleeding when it was explained to me that this pill would stop me from menstruating...hope anyone could help me..Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8204880344005698875.post-22241231975550685902018-09-27T09:08:31.218-07:002018-09-27T09:08:31.218-07:00How long after taking the pill are you having your...How long after taking the pill are you having your period? mmm1https://www.blogger.com/profile/08911843986106157364noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8204880344005698875.post-57635795011232666362018-09-26T23:45:57.893-07:002018-09-26T23:45:57.893-07:00I am having period even after i took visanne. I take my pill at 9pm every night because I am home usually at that time and will not forget. After the first 2 weeks I sleep like a baby. Mood is the same on or off any hormone therapy. I haven't gotten my period. My hair is very long but fine and I've noticed I'm losing more hair which will be a problem if this continues as I love my hair. No skin issues but my skin looks more dull. Not sure if it's the weather change. Libido has been up and down and my breasts have grown a size. Weight gain is minimal, first month I felt like eating less but the past week I've been on some binge. No period but wondering if I am experiencing the same pms symptoms. More moody this week too but again nothing too crazy. I can't tell you what to do but I can say I am pain free. I did not experience the pain that most women with Endo experience prior to Visanne. I did have attacks that lasted hours from my endometriomas on my ovaries. They are large and I do not want to remove them as I am afraid to lose one or both of my ovaries. I do not want surgery. My gynecologist suggested Visanne in hopes to shrink my cysts or which will minimize my pain. He has me on a 3 month trial. I can't tell you what will happen but after reading tons of stories I can only suggest that if you do try it, give it time. My pain is gone and that at the moment is all that matters as the pain left me miserable. Good luck!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07547537005714445616noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8204880344005698875.post-43816478738550218272018-09-07T16:04:20.999-07:002018-09-07T16:04:20.999-07:00Hi, I am on Visanne, I am Epileptic. Right now I have the visanne in my bag and I'm so scared to start taking it because I have so much issues with contraceptive. My Endometriosis is 1.2cm and that's what is seen inside the cyst itself as well as I have two cyst in my right ovary measuring 3.5cm and 5.5cm in size that's almost the size of my ovary. I once took Lupride injection for six months and I didn't have any period for 10 months so listening to these comments make me think and stress so hard and I really wonder if I really shouldn't start taking the Visanne, what do you think I should do? After a Lap, being diagnosed with Pelvic Congestion Syndrome, my gyno didn't "see" any Endo, but believes it is possible. My pain escalated after the surgery but they can't figure out why. Gyno pushed for me to try Visanne, and I did out of pure desperation. My pain is primarily in the left ovarian area, but according to my gyno, my ovary is perfectly normal and healthy. She also claims that the PCS wouldn't cause this level of pain and if it did, there's no curing it (but I have learned that ALL gynos seem to dismiss PCS, and that it is actually treatable by vascular surgeons).
The Visanne turned my desperate state of depression into pure unbridled frustration and aggravation. I was so ridiculously irritable all the time and upset at even the smallest things. I happened to get hit with numerous side effects; UTI (which became a kidney infection because my gyno brushed the symptoms and urinary bleeding off), yeast infection, thrush, lethargy, fatigue, insomnia, lack of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fevers, etc.
The pain began to lessen as the kidney infection was treated, so (with my gyno agreeing) I stopped Visanne because it was making life worse, and I only felt better when the infection started being treated, so we would see if it stopped the pain.
The first two days off Visanne were fine...by the third day, my uterus was cramping to unbearable levels. Worse than my heavy periods before getting an IUD (my body also went into false labour during periods, contractions and all). I don't have any bleeding, but it has been almost two weeks of intolerable uterine cramping and stabbing pains.
I read that it was normal to experience cramps for the first little while, but does anyone know how long before it stops? I really don't want to go back on Visanne, but I don't know how much longer I can stay bedridden in so much pain...
I would contact my Gyno but she never calls back and it is virtually impossible to book appointments with her that are sooner than a month....
For those who stopped Visanne, is this normal? I had only taken it for a little over three weeks...this amount of pain doesn't seem right...what do I do?Dee Bellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18203106910792578781noreply@blogger.com
